  • Sales and Third-Party Platforms: During our sales or purchases made through platforms like Amazon or Flipkart, returns are not supported. However, exchanges for issues related to quality, damage, or incorrect sizing may be available, depending on stock availability and at our discretion.
  • One-Time Exchange: Items that have been exchanged cannot be returned again. We offer a one-time exchange to guarantee your satisfaction with our products.

  7. Refund or Exchange: If the item passes our final check, we will process your refund or execute the exchange.

Delivery Information:

We make up to three delivery attempts for each order. Please be prepared to show an ID upon delivery. If you've ordered multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages. You can track each package using your order number.
